We are open to other requests if you would like another flavour not listed here. We try to source local produce where possible at all times and we only use free range eggs in our cakes.
Our Vanilla sponge is of the softest and lightest texture. We use only the finest vanilla bean extract and free range eggs (locally sourced!)
Strawberry and Champagne
This flavour is our personal favourite! A soft pale pink strawberry flavoured sponge with a luxurious champagne buttercream filling. Yummmmmmm
Our carrot cake is made with organic carrots and has a hint of nutmeg, walnuts can also be added if needed.
Our banana cake is made with fair trade organic Bananas and has a hint of cinnamon.
Chocolate Oreo Crunch
This cake has a soft, moist texture. It is made with 100% Fair trade chocolate that has 33% minimum cocoa solids in it – making it ideal for those who don’t love dark chocolate – then it is filled with a mixture of chocolate buttercream and Oreo cookies!
This cake is a rich, soft, moist texture. It is made with 100% Fair trade chocolate that has 70% minimum cocoa solids in it – totally divine!
Our red velvet is as soft, moist and with a rich deep red colouring and a hint of chocolate too! Brilliant if you want to amazing your guests with a special treat.
Traditional Fruit Cake
We as a rule we moisten our fruit cake with Rum or Brandy over an eight weekperiod ensuring it is incredibly rich in flavour–but of course this can be left out if needed!
